Association Bylaws 05.29.2024
Any amendments, additions, or deletions to these bylaws must be approved by a majority vote at an Annual General Meeting (AGM) or a Special General Meeting (SGM) duly called for that purpose.
Association Policies and Procedures 09.22.24
All policies and procedures shall be reviewed, updated, and approved as necessary at monthly Board meetings by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
