If you register early and your child suffers an injury or illness that prevents them from playing, or if they simply decide they do not want to play, a full refund less the admin fee of $ 75.00 will be provided if de-registration occurs prior to the evaluations/try-outs.  No refunds will be issued until all raffle tickets and/or GPMHA equipment are returned.

Once a player has been selected or appointed to a team, refunds will only be given with a medical certificate or proof of moving from the GPMHA boundaries less a $ 100.00 admin fee, in which case the refund will be based on the BASE registration fee, ice used, and association resources used to date.  No refunds will be issued until all raffle tickets and/or GPMHA equipment is returned.  No refunds will be issued after December 31, 2023.

If GPMHA is not able to operate due to facility or government restrictions then refunds will be prorated based on the BASE registration fee, ice used, and association resources used to date.
